Journey GOO provides travel-related services and does not deal in physical products; therefore, no return of goods is applicable. All flight, hotel, visa, and holiday package bookings are governed strictly by the cancellation and refund policies of the respective airlines, hotels, embassies, and third-party service providers. Refund eligibility and amounts depend on fare conditions, booking rules, time of cancellation, no-show cases, and supplier regulations, and may include penalties, taxes, or non-refundable components. Any cancellation or modification request must be made in writing, and Journey GOO’s service or consultation fees are non-refundable unless clearly stated otherwise in writing within 5-7 business days . Approved refunds, if applicable, Refund : Approved Refunds will be processed and credited within 5-6 days, and Journey GOO shall not be held responsible for delays caused by airlines, hotels, banks, payment gateways, or other third parties.
