Terms of Service
Journey GOO acts as a travel facilitator, arranging flights, hotels, visas, holiday packages, and related services through third-party suppliers. All bookings are subject to availability, supplier rules, fare changes, and payment confirmation. Prices quoted are indicative and may change until full payment is received. Journey GOO is not responsible for schedule changes, cancellations, delays, overbooking, force majeure events, or any loss or damage arising from the actions or omissions of airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other service partners.
Payments, Cancellations & Liability
All payments must be made as per the timelines shared at the time of booking. Cancellation, amendment, and refund policies are governed by the respective service providers and may involve charges; service fees paid to Journey GOO are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents (passport, visa, insurance) and compliance with destination regulations. Journey GOO’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for its service fee only, and by using our services, customers agree to these terms.
